We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a specialist mechanical contractor operating across commercial and care environments throughout the UK. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start available, offering long-term, stable work for the right candidate.

Please note: this role involves regular UK-wide travel, so flexibility to work away from home when required is essential.

The Role: You will be responsible for delivering a range of commercial plumbing and heating works within live care home and commercial environments. Duties will include:

  • Installation and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems
  • TMV servicing, replacement and remedial works
  • Hot and cold water services installation and repair
  • Pipework installation (copper, plastic and waste systems)
  • Fault finding and reactive plumbing repairs
  • Supporting heating system works and plant room installations
  • Working within live care home environments
  • Completing job reports and compliance documentation
  • Travelling to sites across the UK as required

Requirements:

Essential:

  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing
  • Experience working in commercial environments
  • Strong installation and fault-finding ability
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable:

  • Experience working within care homes or healthcare environments
  • TMV servicing experience
  • Unvented hot water qualification (G3)
  • Basic heating system knowledge
