Housing Officer
to join our team based in Chester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and supporting tenants to maintain their tenancies, ensuring properties are well managed, compliant and maintained to a high standard. This is a varied role that requires excellent communication skills, good organisation and the ability to deal confidently with tenants, contractors and other professionals. Driving License is required. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential properties and tenancies. Act as the main point of contact for tenants, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly. Carry out regular property inspections and tenancy visits. Identify and report repairs, maintenance issues and health and safety concerns. Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure works are completed efficiently.
