As Building Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction team, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for general building projects valued up to £2 million. You will be involved from early enquiry stage through to tender submission, working closely with commercial, design, and operational teams to ensure robust pricing and successful bid outcomes.
As Building Estimator, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing detailed cost estimates for general building projects up to £2m
