We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a well-established social housing maintenance contractor covering the Liverpool and Wirral areas. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to go permanent, offering stable full-time hours and consistent work.
The Role:
- Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Working in both void and occupied (tenanted) social housing properties
- Delivering a professional and respectful service to tenants
- Using a PDA system to manage and complete jobs
- Participating in a potential on-call rota
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points accepted)
- Must be clean shaven for face fit requirements
- Comfortable working in occupied properties
- Previous social housing or maintenance experience preferred
