We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a well-established social housing maintenance contractor covering the Liverpool and Wirral areas. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to go permanent, offering stable full-time hours and consistent work.

The Role:

  • Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance
  • Working in both void and occupied (tenanted) social housing properties
  • Delivering a professional and respectful service to tenants
  • Using a PDA system to manage and complete jobs
  • Participating in a potential on-call rota

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (essential)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points accepted)
  • Must be clean shaven for face fit requirements
  • Comfortable working in occupied properties
  • Previous social housing or maintenance experience preferred
