Due to a strong pipeline of prestigious new-build projects, we are looking for a driven and experienced Site Manager to join our delivery team.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and to the exacting high standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Leadership: Lead and manage all on-site personnel, including subcontractors and internal staff.
- Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality standards consistent with high-specification residential and commercial builds.
- Program Management: Drive the project schedule, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to keep the build on track.
- Safety Excellence: Uphold a 'safety first' culture, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations and internal policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Design Teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be a proactive problem-solver with a background in high-value new build projects.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - Valid and current.
- First Aid at Work (3-day certificate).
- CSCS Black Card (Managerial).
- Proven experience managing large-scale New Build projects (PBSA or BTR experience is highly desirable).
- Strong technical knowledge of modern construction methods and energy-efficient building standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse subcontract packages.
- Full UK Driving License (Travel across the North West is required).
