Groundworker (Social Housing)Location: Liverpool, UK (Multiple Areas)Rate: £19.50 p/h via PAYE UmbrellaSchedule: Monday-Friday, 39hrs per weekContract: Temporary-to-PermanentCompany Van ProvidedOur client, a well-established contractor within the Social Housing sector, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Groundworker to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term, stable employment with a reputable business.The Role:You will be carrying out a variety of external groundworks and fencing repairs across occupied social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while providing excellent customer service to tenants.Key Responsibilities:General groundworks repairs and maintenance.Installation and repair of timber fencing and gates.Slabbing, paving and concreting works.Drainage repairs and associated groundwork tasks.Working safely within occupied residential environments.Ensuring work is completed efficiently and in line with health and safety regulations.Essential Requirements:Valid CSCS Card .NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Groundworks .Full UK Driving Licence.Proven experience in groundworks within a repairs or maintenance environment.Strong fencing experience is essential.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills.What's on Offer:Company van and fuel card.Overtime opportunities.28 days holiday (including bank holidays).Pension scheme.Ongoing training and career development.Stable, long-term opportunity with a respected employer.If you're interested and available to start immediately, please get in touch:Call Rhys from Building Careers on 01695 556800Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction & Property recruitment.
