Our client is a leading specialist contractor operating within the façade and building envelope sector, delivering high-quality cladding, façade remediation, external wall insulation, and fire remediation projects across the UK. Working alongside leading developers, main contractors, housing providers, and public sector organisations, they have built an excellent reputation for delivering technically complex schemes safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
With expertise spanning both new-build and remediation projects, the business continues to experience significant growth, driven by increasing demand across the façade sector. As part of their continued expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Cladding Estimator to join their pre-construction team.
As Cladding Estimator, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for cladding, façade, and building envelope projects
- Obtaining competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Identifying value engineering opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance
- Assessing commercial and technical risks throughout the tender process
- Working closely with design, commercial, and operational teams
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
The successful Cladding Estimator will have:
- Proven experience as an Estimator within the cladding, façades, roofing, glazing, or building envelope sector
- Strong understanding of façade systems, rainscreen cladding, EWI, or remediation projects
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Relevant construction, estimating, or quantity surveying qualifications would be advantageous
