A leading Main Contractor has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a mid-rise affordable housing apartment scheme in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the construction site
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate site teams including subcontractors and trades
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies
- Manage programme schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved
