Job Description Our client is a leading organisation operating within the UK water and infrastructure sector. \n They are now seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead their national estimating function and play a key role in supporting continued business growth. \n \nThe Role\n \n Reporting into the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will oversee the delivery of accurate, competitive and commercially robust estimates across major frameworks, term service contracts and projects . \n Overseeing major tenders, frameworks and project estimates. \n Providing senior input into pricing strategy, commercial risk and bid governance. \n Working closely with commercial, procurement, operational and business development teams. \n Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors. \n Driving continuous improvement across estimating systems, processes and cost data. \n \n \nAbout You\n \n The ideal candidate will have significant estimating experience within water, utilities, infrastructure, construction or civil engineering , with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex tenders. \n Experience of the regulated water sector, AMP programmes, Term Service Contracts, NEC contracts and framework delivery would be highly advantageous. \n Strong commercial awareness, leadership capability and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside the ability to influence at senior level. \n \nApply\n \n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimating leader to take ownership of a national function and play a key role in the continued growth of a well-established business within the UK water sector. \ContactHayley Woodruff on 07897069216 or apply with your CV to \n Building Careers UK specialises in Construction and Property recruitment and serves as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
