Overview
We are currently seeking 2-3 experienced Groundworkers for an immediate start on a housing development in Leyland. This is a short-term contract with approximately 3-4 weeks of work remaining, focused on completing external works packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Kerbing
- Flagging
- PCC/path edgings
- Stoning up to levels
- Ground preparation for block paving
- General external works associated with the completion of a housing development
- Working safely and efficiently to programme requirements
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Previous experience in groundworks and external works
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own PPE
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Dumper ticket
- Roller ticket
