About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Layer for a short-term holiday cover position working across social housing properties in the Manchester area. The role will involve carrying out high-quality flooring works in both occupied and void properties, ensuring a professional finish at all times.

- All aspects of floor laying within social housing properties
- Working on both occupied and void properties
- Delivering a high standard of workmanship

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floor Layer (social housing experience essential)
- Valid CSCS card
- Asbestos Awareness certificate
- Full UK Driving Licence
