Our client, a well-established contractor within the Social Housing sector, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Groundworker to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term, stable employment with a reputable business.

You will be carrying out a variety of external groundworks and fencing repairs across occupied social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while providing excellent customer service to tenants.

  • General groundworks repairs and maintenance.
  • Installation and repair of timber fencing and gates.
  • Slabbing, paving and concreting works.
  • Drainage repairs and associated groundwork tasks.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Groundworks.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Proven experience in groundworks within a repairs or maintenance environment.
  • Strong fencing experience is essential.
