We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a well-established and growing commercial property and asset management business on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial fit-out projects, with strong exposure to CAT A and CAT B works. You will need to be highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tenders and estimates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and comply with internal company procedures
- Interpret client briefs accurately and effectively
- Produce detailed cost plans aligned with design briefs and supporting documentation
- Manage multiple live estimates and tenders simultaneously
- Price projects using technical knowledge, often with varying levels of information
- Assess and include compliance requirements within costings
- Liaise closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Conduct site surveys to support design development and quantification
- Assess programme impact on costings and adjust accordingly
- Provide pre-construction advice to support project decision-making
- Identify and account for risk within estimates
- Carry out any additional reasonable duties as required
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating, ideally within commercial office and industrial fit-out (CAT A & CAT B)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly when priorities change
