We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established team working across social housing properties in the Chester area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, ongoing work. This position is an immediate start/ TEMP position.
The Role:
- Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties
- Fault finding and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Working independently across various properties in the Midlands
- Delivering excellent customer service when dealing with tenants
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- PAT Testing Certificate
- Current Certificate to BS2391 or equivalent standard in testing and inspection
- Previous experience within social housing is highly desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
