About the Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Groundworker to join our team delivering works within the Social Housing sector as part of a planned works programme. The role will involve working on residential properties across Warrington, Northwich, Knutsford, Nantwich and Crewe, carrying out a variety of external groundwork improvements. This is a great opportunity for a skilled groundworker who takes pride in their work and is looking for a stable, permanent role within the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a range of domestic groundwork tasks including:
  • Flagging and paving works
  • Installation and repair of fencing
  • Gate installations
  • Small drainage works
  • General domestic groundworks on social housing properties

Work will be carried out across multiple sites, maintaining high standards of workmanship, customer service, and health & safety.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within the Social Housing sector
  • Proven experience as a Groundworker
  • NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Own tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
