About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Joiner to work on a site in the M11 area. The role involves working at ground floor level, carrying out removal and reinstatement works, as well as balcony replacements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove existing timber cladding and PIR insulation
- Install new insulation
- Reinstall timber cladding
- Replace balconies with aluminium systems
- Work safely and efficiently on a live construction site
- Follow all site health & safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Own tools
- Full PPE
- Previous experience in similar joinery roles
