Pay Rate: £21 per hour

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Duration: 2 weeks (Holiday Cover) - Starting Monday 11th

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Layer for a short-term holiday cover position working across social housing properties in the Manchester area. The role will involve carrying out high-quality flooring works in both occupied and void properties, ensuring a professional finish at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of floor laying within social housing properties
  • Working on both occupied and void properties
  • Delivering a high standard of workmanship
  • Working independently and efficiently to deadlines
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Floor Layer (social housing experience essential)
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Asbestos Awareness certificate
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Willing to be clean shaven (PPE requirement)
  • Reliable and able to commit to full duration
