The OpportunityThis role would suit either:

You will work closely with Directors and operational teams, leading the estimating and pre-construction function while helping shape future growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leading the estimating and pre-construction process from enquiry through to contract award
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Pricing complex structural repair and refurbishment schemes
- Managing subcontractor and supplier enquiries
- Preparing detailed cost plans and tender submissions
- Identifying value engineering opportunities
- Attending pre-tender and client meetings
- Supporting business development and repeat client relationships
- Structural strengthening and remedial works
- Concrete repair and corrosion protection
- Masonry and façade restoration
- Historic and listed building refurbishment
- Complex alteration and remedial packages
