Project Quantity Surveyor - High Rise / Build to Rent Salary/Package - £45,000 - £60,000 + Excellent Benefits Package Our client is a well-established residential construction contractor with over 70 years of experience delivering high-quality homes across the UK. The business operates across Build to Rent, multi-family, affordable housing, specialist living, student accommodation, and land-led developments. The business has a substantial residential portfolio and a strong reputation for delivering complex schemes through long-term client partnerships. Its Build to Rent experience includes low, mid and high-rise developments, with projects focused on resident experience, amenity, operational efficiency, quality, programme, and cost certainty. As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with the project and senior commercial teams.
