This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to step into an Associate level position within a business that values autonomy, trust and collaboration.

Despite being a small, close-knit team, they've already secured a robust pipeline of projects for the next 18 months - a clear reflection of their quality and reputation across sectors such as commercial, residential, and mixed-use development.

As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll:
- Lead the cost management and commercial delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Provide detailed cost planning, procurement advice, valuations, and final accounts.
- Take responsibility for client liaison and stakeholder communication, ensuring high levels of service and commercial control.
- Offer mentorship and support to junior team members as the company continues to grow.
- Work closely with the Directors to help shape the future direction of the business.
About You:
- MRICS or working towards Chartership, with a strong background in private practice cost consultancy.
- Experience across a range of sectors, ideally with exposure to both pre and post-contract duties.
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and reporting skills.
- Confident in managing client relationships and working independently when needed.
- A proactive, ambitious mindset - someone who enjoys the energy of a growing business.
