We are currently working with a well-established and growing electrical contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a successful business, working across a varied portfolio of commercial and industrial projects. As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates and tenders, working closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and the wider project team. Preparing detailed and accurate electrical estimates Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations Identifying project costs, risks and commercial opportunities Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors throughout the tender process Supporting the commercial and project teams The successful candidate will have previous experience in an Electrical Estimator role, ideally within the commercial, industrial or construction sector. Strong electrical estimating experience The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Strong commercial awareness The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience with relevant estimating software and Microsoft Office Our client is a reputable and growing electrical contractor with an excellent pipeline of work.
