  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Hardware teams to define and implement end-to-end user experiences.
  • Use modern design tools and frameworks to create robust prototypes and validate design decisions.
  • Conduct research using emerging frameworks that blend qualitative methods (interviews, participatory design) with quantitative analysis.
  • Collaborate on evolving multi-modal design systems—voice, touch, gesture, and ambient feedback—ensuring continuity across physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Advocate for accessibility, privacy, and human impact in all connected experiences.
  • Support a culture of design excellence through mentorship, critique, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience designing systems and interfaces for products in IoT, consumer hardware, or connected services.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product design for multi-device ecosystems (mobile, web, wearables, home or screenless).
  • Fluent in Figma, FigJam, Framer, and design operations tools for collaboration and system management.
  • Familiarity with LLM-assisted design ideation and user testing workflows.
  • Experience integrating data from usage telemetry and user feedback into the design process.
  • Comfortable working in agile, cross‑functional environments where hardware and software innovation intersect.
  • Skilled at crafting consistent, context-aware interfaces that adapt across platforms.

Preferred

  • Experience in AI-augmented product ecosystems or intelligent assistant design.
  • Background in HCI, cognitive computing, or industrial design.
  • Previous experience in global-scale tech, or high‑growth SaaS enterprise or consumer electronics companies.
