We are currently looking for a super organised and self‑motivated Senior Account Executive to join our DIABOLICAL team in London. DIABOLICAL has been part of the music industry for over 30 years working on the marketing needs of over 200 clients ranging from the largest of the majors to the teeniest of the independents and we love what we do. Clients include Universal, Sony, Warner, Live Nation, Ninja Tune and Broadwick Live amongst many others. The successful candidate would be an essential support to the team ensuring the seamless planning and activation of our campaigns. If you have previous experience working in a media agency with a particular love for music and the arts, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll be Doing:
- Account/Campaign Admin & Support
- Supporting the team to plan, manage and implement campaigns to budget, ensuring deadlines are met and data is entered accurately.
- Support the team in the writing of proposals and presentations in response to briefs.
- Assist with the management of existing and new clients.
- As part of a team deliver problem free, well‑planned projects to the highest standard.
- Build great relationships with our clients.
- Develop creative ideas for special builds, experiential campaigns and stunts.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and spreadsheets in response to client briefs.
- Liaise with clients on artwork specs, deadlines, print proofs and budget confirmations.
- Compile post campaign photo reports and deliver to clients.
- Input jobs into our system (Daybook) and assist the team in the campaign management.
Business Development
- Maintain clear understanding of team targets.
- Research new business opportunities and create a list of leads.
- Keep up to date with industry news and feed back to the team - ie new album release announcements.
About You:
- Interest in developing your skills within a client‑facing role.
- Organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan and manage your own workload.
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Interest in working in a sales environment.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the UK’s music artists and industry.
