We are offering a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support our Creative Studio as our Administrator is expecting a baby. Based in our studio at NW10, this role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who wants to thrive in a creative environment. As Administrator you will be integral to the team’s workflow and accountable for all administrative aspects, contributing to our team’s success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct administrative duties: payment requests, delivery logistics, credit card payments, refunds, returns, petty cash, and budgets.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Review, update and relay outstanding deadlines to the team.
- Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance.
- Conduct spending reviews for projects.
- File and archive receipts for projects and raise purchase orders.
- Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Costing documents, receipt filing, invoice processing, credit card management, and assist on RAMS documentation.
- Compile reports (individual costs for all ongoing projects).
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and arrange conferences and events.
- Speak with customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues.
About You
- Strong background working in Excel.
- Very organised.
- Keen and concise communicator.
- Basic accounting background.
- Previous credit card holder (nice to have but not necessary).
- Diligent and thorough filing.
- Great at working within a team and solitary when necessary.
