We are a creative street marketing company with a network of billboard sites across the UK. Clients come to us for our street level posters as well as increasingly 3D creative activations on our sites, in our venues and on the street. Our Creative Studio has a remit to create unique, creative and artist‑led high‑quality and exciting installations on our site across the UK. The range of briefs and clients is varied and can include anything from a single billboard to a full nationwide bespoke build roll‑out – all to be produced to the highest of standards and often within the tightest of timings. We work with clients ranging from music, fashion, culture and lifestyle.
We’re excited to be looking for a Head of our Brands Projects to join the team, leading, managing, and executing creative build projects on our streets and overseeing the full project lifecycle from concept to reconciliation. You will be responsible for client relationships, budget management, supplier negotiations, and team leadership. You will ensure every project is delivered seamlessly while maximising efficiency and profitability. This role requires you to be at the studio in NW10.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage, prioritise, and oversee the execution of multiple creative street marketing projects.
- Respond to briefs, develop creative solutions, take ownership of projects from start to finish, control budgets, and liaise with suppliers.
- Lead the full project lifecycle from creative concept and development through initial briefing, to planning, building, installing and debriefing.
- Create timelines and Scope of Works to best manage expectations and deliver exceptional work to budget and on time.
- Manage the project team to ensure high standards and practices connected to successful project management.
- Manage vendors, clients, project team members and project timelines within the assigned total budget.
- Be confident in problem solving within project timelines, and flagging potential upcoming issues.
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop strong working relationships and develop an understanding of their role and clients.
- Be proactive and objective in developing new ways of working and streamlining processes.
- Use your team’s in‑depth knowledge of the outdoor space, materials, prop making and innovation to help make our projects unique.
- Drive projects forward and create the perfect balance between quality, budget, and deadlines.
- Managing multiple stakeholders through strong communication and organisational skills.
- Work with and manage external suppliers, contractors, and freelancers to ensure that deadlines are achieved, and the client brief is met.
- Manage, mentor and develop your team.
- Champion a strong commitment to Health & Safety and sustainable practices, ensuring compliance and best practices are always followed.
About You
- You will have experience working in a similar role handling multiple priority projects and stakeholders at one time.
- Possess in‑depth knowledge of project management and agency clients.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Experience working under pressure to tight deadlines and adapting quickly and diligently to last minute changes.
- Be a strategic and creative thinker.
- Possession of exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Have great written and verbal communication.
- Have a high level of attention to detail and be an excellent problem solver.
- Possess a love for the street including a passion for music, art and fashion.
