We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join an Β£8m industrial refurbishment project in Wigan, starting mid June. Reporting directly to the Senior Site Manager, you will act as the No.2 on site and take responsibility for the day to day coordination and management of site activities throughout the 40 week programme.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing subcontractors on site
- Reviewing and managing RAMS
- Carrying out site inductions
- Managing QA processes using Procore
- Supporting programme delivery and site coordination
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality on site
Requirements:
- Previous experience delivering industrial or commercial refurbishment projects
- Strong subcontractor management experience
- Experience using Procore or similar QA/document management systems
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
