The Project
You will play a key role in the delivery of a flagship industrial and logistics scheme valued in excess of £50 million. The development will consist of a large steel‑frame warehouse facility, associated office accommodation, external works and infrastructure packages.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager and Project Director, you will be responsible for managing key elements of the build programme, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing subcontractors and site teams
- Coordinating daily site operations
- Driving programme and production targets
- Ensuring health and safety compliance across site
- Leading site meetings and progress reviews
- Managing quality assurance procedures
- Liaising with clients, consultants and the wider project team
- Supporting the successful delivery of a complex industrial development
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager on large commercial, industrial, logistics, manufacturing or distribution projects
- Experience delivering steel‑frame construction projects
- Proven track record working for a main contractor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple subcontract xlqdzyr packages simultaneously
