We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee the delivery of a large industrial unit project on a 12‑month contract basis. This is a full cradle‑to‑cradle role, managing the project from enabling works through to completion.
Scope of Works
- Groundworks
- External works & yard slabs
- Steel frame construction
- Full site delivery and coordination
- Managing subcontractors and programme
- Health & Safety compliance
- Liaison with client and project stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering industrial / commercial projects
- Strong background in groundworks and steel frame packages
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required
- Ability to run projects independently from start to finish
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
Rate
£300 – £400 per day, rate dependent on whether candidates can supply their own kit/equipment.
Contract
12 month contract, outside IR35, starting mid June.
