Buildforce Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Principal Contractor, for an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to join a student accommodation project in Chelsea, London.

Project: Live Student Accommodation Scheme

Location: Chelsea, London

Scope of Works: External works & concrete repair package

Duration: Approx. 20 weeks

Start Date: First week of June

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations on a live environment, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing subcontractors and site activities
  • Overseeing external works and concrete repair packages
  • Maintaining health & safety standards on a live site
  • Coordinating with the wider project team and client representatives
  • Ensuring quality control and programme delivery
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager
  • Background working for main contractors
  • Experience on live projects
  • Knowledge of externals and/or concrete repair works
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates
