We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large industrial unit project on a 12-month contract basis. This is a full cradle-to-grave role, managing the project from enabling works through to completion.
Scope of Works:
- Groundworks
- External works & yard slabs
- Steel frame construction
- Full site delivery and coordination
- Managing subcontractors and programme
- Health & Safety compliance
- Liaison with client and project stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering industrial / commercial projects
- Strong background in groundworks and steel frame packages
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required
- Ability to run projects independently from start to finish
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
Rate:
- Β£300 β Β£400 per day
- Rate dependent on whether candidates can supply their own kit/equipment
Contract:
- 12 month contract
- Outside IR35
- Starting Mid June
