Freelance Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor 📍 Swansea 💰 Competitive Day Rate (Outside IR35 Available) 📅 Start Date: July 2026 ⏳ Duration: 40 Weeks 🏗️ New Build Industrial Project | Approx. £30m Value Buildforce Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a reputable contractor delivering a major industrial development in Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile scheme from an early stage and play a key role in the commercial delivery of a £30 million new-build industrial facility. The Project The project comprises a large-scale industrial and logistics development, including a steel frame warehouse, associated office, external works, and infrastructure packages. The scheme will be delivered under a JCT Contract, with a programme duration of approximately 40 weeks. The Role Reporting into the Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day commercial management of the project, ensuring cost control, procurement, subcontractor management, and financial reporting are delivered effectively throughout the construction programme.
