A well-established regional main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director to lead the delivery of a £35m industrial and logistics development in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a stand-alone Project Manager role, taking full responsibility for the scheme from a delivery and client management perspective. The project involves a high-profile and demanding client, so the successful candidate must be confident managing senior stakeholders and maintaining programme and quality under pressure.
The Role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a £35m industrial/logistics scheme
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client
- Manage the site team, subcontractors and consultants
- Drive programme, quality, safety and commercial performance
- Maintain strong communication with internal directors and the client team
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards
