We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor for a 3–4 week contract in Coventry, overseeing a team of drylining fixers on a busy commercial project.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating a gang of drylining fixers
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme
- Conducting daily briefings and maintaining site standards
- Liaising with site management and reporting progress
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
Requirements:
- SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)
- NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision (or above) (essential)
- Previous experience supervising drylining/fixing teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to start immediately
