Weβre looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee groundworks and civils on a major industrial new build in Northampton.
Role Overview:
Youβll take day-to-day responsibility for the groundworks package, reporting to the Project Manager and ensuring safe, quality, and efficient delivery on-site.
Duties include:
- Overseeing subcontractors for all civils/groundworks elements
- Managing daily site activity, safety, and progress
- Ensuring quality control and compliance with design/spec
- Coordination with engineers and logistics team
- Supporting toolbox talks, RAMS reviews, and site documentation
Requirements:
