We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large industrial unit project on a 12-month contract basis. This is a full cradle-to-grave role, managing the project from enabling works through to completion.

Scope of Works:

  • Groundworks
  • External works

Rate: 300 - 400 per day (dependent on whether candidates can supply their own kit/equipment)

Contract:

  • 12 month contract
  • Outside IR35
  • Starting Mid June
