We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the finishing stages of a high-quality open market residential development in South Shropshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong housebuilding background who takes pride in delivering quality homes through to completion.
The Role
- Manage the finishing stages of a high-quality open market housing development.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are completed to the highest standard.
- Drive the snagging process and ensure defects are closed out efficiently.
- Maintain quality, programme and Health & Safety standards.
- Coordinate inspections and prepare plots for handover.
Requirements
- Recent and predominantly housebuilding experience.
- Proven experience managing the finishing stages of open market, high-spec residential developments.
- Strong eye for quality with experience managing snagging and plot handovers.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
- Available to work on a contract basis.

- Duration until mid to late October.
