Senior Engineer – £80m BTR Scheme\\n\\nPermanent Role | Wolverhampton\\n\\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Engineer to join a well-established contractor on a flagship £80m Build-to-Rent (BTR) residential project in Wolverhampton.\\n\\nThis is a permanent position offering long-term stability, working on a major multi-room residential development with strong systems, support, and future progression opportunities.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nAs Senior Engineer, you will take a lead role in managing engineering activities across the project, with a strong focus on quality assurance, setting out, and technical compliance. You will also manage and mentor site engineers, ensuring engineering standards are maintained throughout all stages of the build.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Lead and coordinate all engineering activities on site\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee and manage site engineers, providing technical guidance and support\\n\\n * \\n\\n Take ownership of quality assurance, inspections, and record keeping\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carry out and check setting out for structural, RC frame, and external works\\n\\n * \\n\\n Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and buildability\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure works are delivered in line with design, programme, and quality standards\\n\\n * \\n\\n Support site management with technical input and problem-solving\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements at all times\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as a Senior Engineer on large-scale residential or multi-room projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong QA and quality checking background\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience managing and mentoring engineers on site\\n\\n * \\n\\n SMSTS, CSCS (essential)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent understanding of construction methodology and sequencing\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong communication and organisational skills\\n\\nPlease get in touch with Heather Duncan for more information
