️ Freelance Project Manager – Industrial Units (£15M) 📍 Location: Newmarket 📅 Start: August 2025 ⏱️ Duration: 40 Weeks 💰 Day Rate: Competitive (Outside IR35) We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a £15 million multi-unit industrial development in Newmarket, starting in August. This is a freelance opportunity running for 40 weeks, ideal for a PM with strong experience in managing industrial or commercial new build projects from groundworks through to completion. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-start through to handover * Manage all site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers * Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards * Coordinate with the design and commercial teams * Lead client meetings and progress reporting * Monitor health & safety, programme, and procurement Requirements: * Proven track record delivering industrial or commercial projects £10M+ * Strong knowledge of groundworks, steel frame, and industrial build sequencing * SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White), First Aid * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-structured and reputable team on a flagship regional scheme
