Are you an organized and proactive professional ready to support the smooth operation of a busy construction site? We are looking for a Freelance Office Manager to join our client on an exciting project in Kettering! This 18-month contract offers the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of a dynamic site office.
Key Responsibilities:- General site secretarial duties, including managing correspondence and maintaining records.
- Act as the document controller, ensuring all project documentation is organized and accessible via Procore.
- Greeting visitors and acting as the first point of contact for site inquiries.
- Coordinating and arranging meetings for site teams and stakeholders.
- Managing office supplies by ordering stationery and equipment as needed.
- Supporting the site team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Previous experience in a construction site environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Procore or similar document management systems.
- A proactive and friendly personality with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with teams and visitors professionally.
