Logistics Manager – Nottingham (Student Accommodation Project)\\nLocation: Nottingham\\nStart Date: January 2026\\n\\nWe’re seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to start on a two-year student accommodation build in Nottingham. As the on-site Logistics Manager, you’ll play a key role in the smooth operation of this busy construction project, ensuring materials, people, and processes all move efficiently and safely.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage and coordinate all site logistics operations, including hoist operators, crane staff, forklift drivers, and general labourers.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee delivery scheduling, ensuring materials arrive on time and are distributed efficiently across site.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Implement and manage effective waste management and recycling procedures.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure safe and compliant traffic and pedestrian management around site.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate resources and maintain programme.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain site appearance, storage areas, and welfare facilities to a high standard.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Support HSEQ compliance, promoting a strong culture of safety and organisation.\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or Site Logistics Supervisor on large construction projects.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience managing multiple site operatives and plant staff.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong organisational and communication skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Valid CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS, and First Aid certification preferred.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competent understanding of delivery coordination and waste management processes.\\n\\nIf you’re a proactive and organised logistics professional ready to take ownership of a busy, fast-paced site, we’d love to hear from you.\\n\\nPlease apply or get in touch
