Job Title: Site Manager Commercial Re-Roofing
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Rate: £260 £280 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until completion of the project expected end of October
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial re-roofing project in Bridgwater.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing and site management, with proven experience managing roofing works on commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the site
- Overseeing commercial re-roofing works and site activities
- Managing subcontractors and site operatives
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard
- Maintaining site health & safety requirements
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and the wider project team
- Monitoring progress through to project completion
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager
- Strong commercial roofing experience
- Previous experience managing re-roofing projects on commercial buildings
- Good knowledge of site health & safety
- Reliable and organised
- Available to start ASAP
- Able to commit through to completion of the project
Rate: £260 £280 per day, depending on experience.
