We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a £2m industrial unit project based in Teesside. This is a key role responsible for managing the site from early stages through to completion, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Full site management of an industrial build project
- Overseeing subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
- Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations
- Managing programme and driving progress to meet deadlines

- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential
