Buildforce Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering a major industrial and logistics development in Swindon. The Project

You will play a key role in the delivery of a flagship industrial and logistics scheme valued in excess of £50 million. The development will consist of a large steel frame warehouse facility, associated office accommodation, external works, and infrastructure packages. With approximately two years of secured work on this project alone, this role offers both stability and the opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme from construction through to completion.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager and Project Director, you will be responsible for managing key elements of the build programme, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities will include:
