- Site Manager β Industrial Build
- Duration: 12 Weeks
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on the final phase of an Β£11 million new-build industrial warehouse project in Bournemouth.
With approximately 12 weeks remaining, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations, driving the programme through to completion and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Managing daily site operations during the final stages of the project.
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are completed in line with the construction programme.
- Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and quality.
- Managing site logistics and resolving day-to-day site issues.
- Monitoring progress and reporting to the Project Manager.
- Carrying out site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensuring all snagging, finishing works and handovers are completed to programme.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial, warehouse or large commercial construction projects.
- Strong experience managing projects through the finishing and handover stages.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to hit the ground running and manage a live construction site with minimal supervision.
