We are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator / Document Controller to join a major £50m commercial construction project in Bath. This is a site-based role offering a temp-to-perm opportunity on a long-term, high-profile build. You will work closely with the Design Manager, Project Managers, and Document Control Manager, providing essential administrative and document control support to ensure the smooth running of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and controlling project documentation using Procore
- Supporting cost and commercial processes via COINS
- Uploading, issuing, tracking and archiving drawings and documents
- Ensuring document control procedures and version control are followed
- Assisting the Design Manager with design information flow
- Providing general site administration support to the project team
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and internal teams
- Maintaining registers, logs and trackers for project information
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Administrator and/or Document Controller within construction
- Working knowledge of Procore and COINS (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work full-time on site in Bath
