SRS Recruitment are one of the UK's leading Construction Product Recruiters, and are proud to be representing a leading Bespoke Joinery Manufacturer that is expanding its operations. As part of this growth, our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join their team.
As SENIOR SALES MANAGER you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. You will be responsible for promoting the company's high quality joinery products and solutions, working closely with clients such as Interior Designers, Main Contractors, Developers, Fit Out Companies, Construction Companies & Architects.
Key Responsibilities- Coach, train, and mentor team members to enhance performance, develop sales skills, and support professional growth.
- Lead and facilitate regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to review performance, provide feedback, and align on strategic priorities.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and quotations.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, research accounts, identify key players.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Maintain & expand your database.
- Seek out active sites and make the necessary contacts and win enquiries & ultimately the business.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, supported by practical experience in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Experience within the building supply trade essential.
- General construction knowledge essential & knowledge of the construction sector.
- Self‐motivated with the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Customer focused with sound commercial skills.
- Good IT skills & PC literate and experience with Microsoft Outlook.
