Are you a passionate sustainability professional ready to take a leading role in driving a well-established manufacturer's journey toward Net Zero? We're partnering with a leading building products group renowned for its innovation, design excellence and long-term investment in sustainability. With multiple award-winning brands, design patents and a strong international footprint, the business seeks a Group Sustainability Manager to accelerate its internal and external sustainability engagement and deliver ambitious carbon-reduction goals.
The Role
This newly evolved position will shape the next phase of the company's sustainability strategy, building on strong internal frameworks and a successful foundation programme. Reporting to a Group Director, the role will:
- Lead the delivery of Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) commitments and Net Zero plans across the multiple group brands and businesses
- Represent the business at key industry events and associations.
- Strengthen supplier and customer partnerships to drive measurable carbon reduction.
The Person
You’ll bring experience in manufacturing or construction (or ideally manufacturing for construction!) in a similar role, a confident communication style, and the ability to translate sustainability strategy into real commercial value. Ideally, you’ll be Midlands-based, but this role will involve regular travel within the group and to key industry events.
