We are seeking an experienced individual with e-commerce experience to join our team.
Shift: 8:30am - 5:30pm
The main roles and responsibilities include:
- Order Picking and Packing: Accurately picking and packing orders from different sections of the store, ensuring all items are correctly picked and packed according to high standards.
- Labeling and Dispatch: Ensuring orders are labeled correctly and ready for dispatch, with a focus on smooth operation and efficiency.
- Click & Collect Orders: Picking and preparing orders for customers to collect in-store.
- Stock Management: Updating stock records, dealing with stock issues, and using warehouse management systems to maintain accuracy.
- Customer Interactions: Handling order-related queries through Zendesk and managing customer returns.
- Manual Handling: Carrying out daily manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 30kg.
- Replenishing Stock: Ensuring stock levels are maintained in the department.
- Processing Sample Requests: Organizing and preparing the sample orders for shipment, ensuring they are dispatched in a timely manner.
Person Specification:
- Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage, particularly if you've worked with forklifts or counterbalance machinery.
- Organizational Skills: You should be able to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met even under pressure.
