We are looking to recruit an experienced E-commerce Fulfilment Associate to join our friendly team based in our New Southgate Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking and packing orders from different sections of the store, ensuring all items are correctly picked and packed according to high standards.
- Ensuring orders are labeled correctly and ready for dispatch, with a focus on smooth operation and efficiency.
- Labeling and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Picking and preparing orders for customers to collect in-store.
- Updating stock records, dealing with stock issues, and using warehouse management systems to maintain accuracy.
- Handling order-related queries through Zendesk and managing customer returns.
- Processing customer returns and sample order requests.
- Carrying out daily manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 30kg.
- Ensuring stock levels are maintained in the department.
- Organising and preparing the sample orders for shipment, ensuring they are dispatched in a timely manner.
Ideal Candidate:
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for internal collaboration and dealing with customer inquiries.
- Physically capable of safely lifting up to 30kg.
- Comfortable working with warehouse management systems.
