Builder Brothers LTD is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our people strategy and help build a high-performing, inclusive workplace. This senior role will partner with the leadership team to connect business priorities with practical, people-focused initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a people strategy that supports organisational growth and business performance.

  • Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, employee relations, and change management.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
  • Strengthen employee engagement, inclusion, wellbeing, and internal communication programmes.
  • Establish clear people metrics and use data to identify opportunities and measure impact.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are fair, consistent, and aligned with applicable employment requirements.
  • Lead and develop the HR team, creating a responsive and trusted people function.
About You

  • Proven experience leading HR at a senior or strategic level.

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, organisational development, and people operations.
  • Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at every level.
  • Commercially aware, pragmatic, and comfortable balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day delivery.
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive employee experience and developing people.
